COVID 19 POLICY

COVID -19 PROTECTION POLICY

For Keys to Effective Learning Employees and Consultants

The aim of this policy is for Keys to ensure a safe organized working environment without risk to the health of its employees, consultants and partners against the current COVID-19 virus.

Keys has taken the following necessary actions following announced guidance by the trusted Egyptian Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization:

  • We provide sufficient cleaning materials/alcohol/sanitization for an extensive office cleaning including machines/door handles/tools…etc. several times per day with clear supervision/monitoring of cleaners.

  • We encourage and support proper distancing between workstations to minimize the number of staff in the same working room and meeting areas.

  • We encourage work from home and online meetings when possible through prior coordination and approval by the supervisor/manager in charge.

  • We provide necessary information signage to guide employees to follow safe actions/practices and provide direction to employees to follow in case they are not feeling well.

  • We provide several hand sanitizing stations in the office for use as necessary.

  • We provide a Coffee Service area including tools/appliances that are being cleaned several times per day and there are guidelines to all employees to keep it clean and disinfected for their own safety.

All employees are asked to be strictly responsive to the following rules:

  • All staff members should take necessary actions, at all times, to keep himself/herself safe and to ensure the safety of other colleagues by wearing masks all the time during working hours.

  • Each staff member will need frequent hands wash and cleaning their work surface, laptops, phones…etc. as much as possible.

  • Each staff member is asked to not share personal items or tools with others.

  • Keep office tools/machines clean and make sure to clean your items when using the kitchen service and appliances.

  • In case a staff member is feeling unwell (such as the early symptoms of chills, body aches, sore throat, headache, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, and runny nose or the COVID-19 announced symptoms such as coughing, fever, shortness of breath, and difficulty breathing…etc.), he/she should not come to the office and should inform his/her manager immediately, and make sure to not come to the office until being checked by a doctor and provide a medical report to assess his/her medical status including when he/she can return back to work.
